Currently, Governor is in use for Microsoft 365 Services and Entra ID (Azure AD) as target systems. It means Governor admin can consolidate all the information in one place. As connected services, Azure AD and Microsoft 365 have a directory synchronization.

It means a user created in Azure AD is provisioned and "connected" in Exchange Online or Sharepoint Online. With this fact if an Azure AD user is deleted, this user will be deleted in the other services too.

User in Governor is composed then by different "partitions" (Config Type) where the information is consolidated per system. With this concept we can say Governor performs one observation per partition to compose the "Governed User"
